OT......so my neighbor has some water issues. A wild guess is she needs to deal with it from the inside, whether it's coming through her foundation floor or wall
Just came home and spied what her ~handyman~ did
He went all around the perimeter of her house *brick wall/crete floor* and used flashing cement. I've never seen floor flashing cement so I can only guess this is Karnack roof flashing cement - aka, the black stuff. Uggh. 4 inch high up the walls and at least 3 inches on the floor.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but does floor flashing cement even exist.......
Had to ask....this black stuff just dries out in no time.
