flat on self-sealing tire

Got a flat on a self-sealing tire, it's in the center of the tread.
Any opinions on plugging it vs having it fixed from the inside?

I don't think they can patch those from the inside. The goop is there

It's on a chevy bolt

Consult your owners manual, a Chevy dealership, a proper tire shop. In that order. One should have an answer. As with a lot of things in life, you may not like the answer.
