Floor anchor pots in old floor

Hello,

I want to install some floor pots into a old shop which has a poor concrete floor. I don't think I will be able to core it and install normal pots but think I will need to cut holes, dig out and fill those spots with concrete. Has anyone made their own pots? I think I would like to build my own. Thanks in advance for help and photos.
