If its a W93642 its a 2 ton, I'm unsure of what your asking for sure, but that plug isn't OEM.. Lol.

Here is a tutorial for a 93632 that shares components with your jacks valve system.

Exploded view diagram for 93642

Left side is overload, right valve is the working valve.

What I know I got from Hiball. Till he gets here..... You may be right on the model, but it's not a 4 ton, likely a 2 ton. First the two holes should be covered with Welsh plugs. The red one is the relief valve. There should be a slotted screw thread plug that holds in a stiff spring, bottom spring seat and small (bb sized) ball sitting on a seat at the bottom, as best I recall.

OK the boss is here!

Out of curiosity and since it is not shown in the pictures, does it says that it is actually a Series E? Up to series C, the jack used an u-cup sized 15/16" x 1-7/16" x 1/4". From series D the size of the u-cup was changed to 7/8" x 1-1/2" x 1/4". Just so you know in case you need a repair kit.

Check Blackhawkparts.com, they sell the valve parts individually. When you know the parts numbers, send them an email, so they can quote a price.

Just in case you need it, check below a parts breakdown for a Lincoln Series C.

Thanks for the info
this is a hand me down, guy said it just stopped working,
that was before he lost all the overload side parts.
I will price out parts before I tear down jack.

As for Series E or D or C ?? I do not know how to tell ??

FWIW, this jack is not a virgin. Someone has opened it up previously as the tank is rotated from where it should align. I'd suggest a complete tear down to see what is missing and needs replacement before ordering parts. You could need more.

If and when you tear it down, measure the u-cup, if it isn't broken in many pieces, or measure the cylinder inside diameter and compare it to the measurements given in my previous post (#5).

Or if you don't trust your measurements, snap a picture of ram end with the white guide in place and I know how to tell by simply looking. Yeah.. I'm good like that.. Lol

In all honesty the majority 642 kits carry both cups, I know I do if so one is unsure of what they have and need the kit now..

Edit.. I shouldn't say the majority, not every reseller assembles kits to cover all series.
