My wife and I bought one of the portable buildings that gets delivered off a trailer. Its roughly 12x40 and has roughly 380 square feet inside. We are setting it up as a retirement business. It has blocks under it and I did underpin it. I also installed foam in the walls and ceiling. I am currently putting up drywall on the inside. As far as flooring all I am use to is carpet, the old type of tongue and groove oak wood boards and the vinyl roll type stuff. The building will have people coming in and out so we would like duribility, also it to be water resistant with folks coming in during rain. We have been looking and now there is all kinds of stuff, thin laminate, ceramic,bamboo,vinyl laminate,etc. We want it to be durable, water resistant but not be extremely high. We would like something to look like the old T&G wood flooring like old country stores as we are putting up old signs and such for a old country store feel. With that said is there any good places to get it, stuff to stay away from and also what extras do you need like underlayment?
