Im in the early stages of planning a garage. I have been saving ideas and items for years. My gf and anyone who doesn't know garages thinks I am crazy. Currently designing a 40×35 with a 16?x16? " project room framed out on the inside with a/c. It will also have a 25×35 overhang for a wash bay. I have two cars (currently 
and will install an asymmetric lift, I'm thinking Bendpak but not set on it. Want to do Swisstrax floors. I plan on doing woodworking, welding and of course working on my cars. I've been reading everyone's posts and can't wait to be posting mine. Any and all advice is greatly appreciated. I plan on doing an owner/builder cbs construction. Oh I forgot I'm down in South Florida so reading everyone's posts about how to keep heat in the garage always makes me chuckle.
