Formosa Crown straight line saw

A friend of mine bought a building that came with several different industrial woodworking tools. He’s trying to get this saw up and running. It’s a Formosa Crown model # SRS-12 straight line ripsaw. Anyone have any knowledge about this saw or manufacturer? Ideally we like to find a manual! But a website for the manufacturer, or any other kind of information would be greatly appreciated!
