I bought a small Friedrich KEQ08 heater/ ac unit for a tiny control room. Ran for about a month and broke; I came in one day and nothing was running even though I had the fan set to constant run. Still had power and the display still came on but it wouldn't do anything. I cycled power and now the fan works, but still won't heat. There aren't any schedules programmed and no error codes on the display.

Any suggestions?

Does anyone have any good contact info for Friedrich? I've tried calling the 800 number a couple of times and they had me on hold for hours. Tried the call-back from hold feature and never got a call back. Tried emailing them a couple of weeks ago...again no reply.

Yeah I thought so too. I bought it through Grainger and they will warranty swap it, but only if I bring it back all in one piece. Meaning I have to pull the sleeve too which is bolted and sealed to the wall of the control room. If it was just in a window that would be a different story.
I guess I could just buy another unit, swap the guts out and just get a warranty refund that way.

That idea should work, I think you should discuss this with the manager of your local Grainger outlet before you invest in the replacement Air Conditioner.
