I had another batch of these springs produced. It cost me quite a bit to have them produced and since I only purchased a limited quantity, the price is what it is. Each spring is $38.00 and shipping is a flat rate of $12.00 for up to 10 springs to CONUS. See details below.
These Torsion springs are newly produced feed return springs based off measurements from Craftsman original (out of production) feed return springs. These are replacements for OEM feed return springs.

They come in two options so PLEASE make sure you order the correct spring.
Option 1- King Seeley Era Spring
For the King Seeley these torsion feed return springs are based off measurements from Craftsman original (out of production) feed return springs. These are replacements for the OEM feed return springs Part Number 18915 and will only fit the Craftsman King Seeley 15 ½” 100 Series (103.xxxxx) drill presses produced between 1946-1958 and some early 150 series from 1958-1964. The drill press must have the external hand torsion knob on the side of the head for this spring to work.
Each spring is made from .078 music wire and measures 4.563”Length, .650” diameter. These springs have a double loop end on one end and a dogleg on the other end.
Option 2- Emerson Era Spring
For the Emerson these torsion feed return springs are based off measurements from Craftsman original (out of production) feed return springs. These are replacements for the OEM feed return springs Part Number 38989, and will only fit the Craftsman King Seeley 15 ½” 150 Series (103.xxxxx) and Craftsman Emerson 15 ½” 150 and Generations 2-4 Standard Drill Presses produced between 1964-1983. The drill press must NOT have the external hand torsion knob on the side of the head.
Additionally, these springs will not fit the Craftsman Emerson Commercial Models.
Each spring is made from .078 music wire and measures 5.031” Length, .650” diameter. These springs have a double loop end on both ends.
