This is a Pratt Read 21pc Universal L Driver Hex Bit Set. Consists of a L shape handle that has a magnetic bit holder at each end, and 20pc of SAE and Metrix hex drive bits.

These are high quality, with a tight fit and strong magnets on the L handle, and the insert bits are made from high grade tool steel. Noticeable difference over the import insert bits. Made in USA.

I purchased one at Sears a while ago and keep it in the case with my Snap on ratcheting screwdriver. It makes for a good combination, torque and speed.
