I am completing a two story Butler Metal building, and my contractor used someone else for the second floor. There are gaps in the subfloor around all of the structural metal.
I don't want to accept this, because if you drop something, it will fall to the first floor. Does anyone know how the subfloor is properly handled, so that it fits better around the structural steel?
