Garage floor - Flexi or non flexi adhesive

Making a start this afternoon and shop shuts in a couple if hours.

When I was in looking at tiles the lads in there said I should use flexi adhesive but I'm sure I've read elsewhere that it should be non flexi.

It's a concrete floor and I'll be using ceramics.

No, you should use a flexi thinset. Here is the link to the 2nd page of a thread that discusses it. There is more info here than can be put in a reply.
