Hello,
I have a 45 yr old garage floor that the previous owner bamboozled me with a crappy skimming of cracks and a cheap coating that is coming off the rest of the busted up floor. They did the same **** in the basement to cover damage in there too.
It took 8 years to have the issues pop through a heavy used garage.
There are deep long cracks with exposed rebar.
I am trying to figure out what the best options are to do a proper repair job, if it's even possible.
I'm currently at work out to sea and will post pictures when I get home.
If anyone has any ideas of an approach to save this floor vs the dreaded idea of pulling and pouring a new slab.
Thanks for your time.
