Quick story about GREAT customer service from Garage Flooring LLC and Justin, the company president.
I'm adding a garage at a house that will someday be my retirement house so I'm not there all the time. Getting products on time is important, since I am only there occasionally and need to get work done on a schedule.
After a lot of research, I decided to go with Ghostshield 8510 as a sealer, putting down the 4500 Densifier first,. According to directions I had to wait 28 days after the floor was poured to put down the 4500, then at least a week to put down the 8510. SO - this meant two different weekends, which for this project meant two different visits to the house.
I ordered the products from Garage Flooring LLC with about two weeks advance notice.
Garage Flooring LLC was very responsive, the product was shipped with in a couple of days.
THEN UPS notified me that they damaged the shipment and it was being returned to Garage Flooring. I contacted Justin to ask how quickly they would get another shipment in process. He got things reordered and reshipped immediately.
THEN UPS notified me that it would arrive a day later than my deadline.
At that point, I asked Justin if there was anything he could do after UPS had two issues. He contacted the manufacturer and had the product shipped to me OVERNIGHT at his expense,.
It actually arrived 24 hours earlier than needed.
I was able to put down the 4500 today, and will return in two weeks to put down the 8510.
I can't say enough about the GREAT SERVICE I got from Garage Flooring LLC and Justin.
