Garage plans

Hello, I am located in unincorporated pierce county. Wanting to build a 60x40 ft garage not a pole building and with attick trusses. I am hesitant to buy plans online. I have spoke to a few different people about engineer stamp on the plans, but they all say they don't draw them up. I do not need a builder, only someone to draw them up. Can you help thanks? B
