I'm looking for a way to vent my garage area into the attic on a temporary basis. Down the road I would like to do something more permanent, but for this spring/ summer I'd like to get a temporary solution for under $100. The access hatch (piece of wood over hole) to the attic is located in the garage, and I was hoping to install a plug in exhaust fan into a frame that could sit inside the hatch opening. Option B would be to just cut a new hole in the ceiling and installing the vent there, but that option seems more 'permanent' as I'll then have a hole in the ceiling. This past Sunday my garage was already 90 degrees inside... it's heating up and then holding the heat. There is some insulation in the attic, and I have plans to put styro insulation panels in the garage door in the near future
I was looking at something like this

But I don't think that can be ceiling mounted.......
Ideas??????
Searching for 'Ehaust Fan' or 'Garage Fan' isn't getting me anywhere.....
