Looking @ GarageDeck Coin tiles for a 28'x36' 3-car garage floor.
Moderate to light auto repair, 2-post lift currently installed.

Tiles currently priced @ an affordable price point.
I'm located in the Northeast where snowfall and moisture is an issue.
Any feedback/opinions regarding solid and or ventilated tile choice would be appreciated.

GarageDeck coin tiles are a good product for your market. RaceDeck Free Flow or HD Ribbed tiles might be a better choice as they will allow the snow to fall through giving you a dry surface to walk on. We have tons of customer photos you can have a look at

One of our posters pointed out that if the water can't drain out from under the tiles - whether due to not enough slope or just getting trapped, it eventually starts to smell, maybe mold forming?

Could someone chime in on that?

Might have been a different product? GarageDeck is a full-suspension flooring that has a channeled under-structure to allow drainage and air flow ( so moisture does not get trapped)
