gedore 41 piece socket set chart!! help!

Hi all

I have a gedore 41 piece socket set chart imperial...lovely set from the 70's! but its missing the chart that sits in the lid..it went missing recently, i was wondering if there is anyone here that can help me locate a suitable replacement or if theres anywhere where i can get the plan to re-create it.

Any help will be greatly greatly greatly appreciated, its in great condition but missing this chart is aggravating !
