GJ-hosted images not showing up

I just noticed that some of my images are no longer showing up. They are hosted in an album right here on GJ. See Post #1 in this thread, linked here, for example. The photos are still in the album, the code has not been touched, but the images are not showing up.

Anybody know what would cause this?

I have reached my 500 album photo limit a few weeks ago, so I am no longer hosting photos in GJ albums, I am attaching photos directly from my computer, but these are from back in 2017 and shouldn't have anything to do with the album limit, right?

I copied and pasted the links for the photos in your post and all I get is a black screen .

Have you tried deleting a few no longer wanted photos in your album? As for posting from your Computer I am not sure how that can be done.

I did try that, yes. I deleted four photos. It didn't change anything. Frankly, I was hoping that wouldn't work, and I was glad it didn't, because it makes no sense. I've posted links to those 500 photos in many threads without ever having a problem.

As for posting from your Computer I am not sure how that can be done.

??? I'm talking about the standard feature, using the [Manage Attachments] button that appears after you hit [Go Advanced], using your browser to find photos and attach them as Thumbnails from your computer. If you copy the Thumbnail link, you can also place that anywhere you want in the post, and it will appear as an image inside your post and as a Thumbnail.

I'm okay with only using the attachment-from-computer feature from now on, I just don't like the thought of broken links in my threads. There could be more. This is the first one I found, by accident, when I linked my thread to someone else's current thread on the same subject/tool.

Other than the 7-per-post limit, there's no limit to the total number of attachments, correct? And there's no relationship between the number of those attachments and the number of photos in my albums, right?

Is there a Tech Help line?

That's really strange!!!! So I just copied the link from the album and it worked. It's the same exact link in the original post, but it's no longer working there.

I deleted the links in the original post, re-copied the URL's from my album, and re-pasted them in the post, and now they all work. Bizarre! Not a single character in the URL string has changed.

I hope it's the only instance of this glitch, whatever it is. I guess I'll deal with others as I find them...
