Hi All;

I am looking at some Gladiator Garageworks products.

Can anyone give me a review of theit products?

Any suggestions on where to buy the product, (I see Sears sells some)?

Any thoughts on comparable products?

Thanks all...

For a suggestion on comparable products I would check out Sam's Club. They have some stuff made by "Seville" that looks almost like the Gladiator, just a different color as far as I could tell and less expensive.

I am in CT too, not sure what part you are in but I would check out the both the Berlin and Manchester stores as they each have different pieces. I picked up the workbench and the rolling cabinet from the Berlin store.

I am a Gladiator dealer! Ask away. Sears does not stock many items although pricing can be good at the right time. Sears is carrying everyone. Lowes does carry some of the RTA pieces but u must special order the Professional series. 3 weeks at best.

the product is great and have been selling for 5 years!

I just did some research on the Gladiator Cabinets and bought a "Tall GearLocker" to hold my motorcycle gear. I was quite suprised with the quality of the product however they are not inexpensive. I did get frustrated when comparing the Gladiators products sold at Sears and Lowes. What I finally figured out was Sears carried the "premier - fully assembled" line and Lowes sold the "ready-to-assemble" line. I purchased my cabinet from Sears ( on sale ). I plan to by more of their cabinets when they are on sale again.

I recently bought one of the "ready to assemble" gladiator tall storage cabinets from Lowes. It was on sale for $188 which I thought was a really good deal. I wanted something to store my car detailing supplies and could not justify spending more on the preassembled line.

It went together perfectly. Fit and finish are very good. I'm usually very skeptical about fit/finish of things you have to put together. I was very pleasantly surprised.

I believe I saw a Lowes sale fyler that had an offer that when you buy a Tall Gladiator cabinet that you get a wall cabinet for free. I believe the offer was valid till fathers day. That's a pretty good deal.

I saw the same flyer - a decent deal for those who are trying to catch up with their spring cleaning.

Man I want the garage works stuff but I'm sure not buying it from Sears in Canada. They **** us up here. Planning a trip at the end the summer to the states so hopefully I can bring a trailer load back with me.

If you join the Sears "Craftsman Club" you can get an extra discount from time to time. I believe I saved another 10% buying during a "Craftsman Club" sale.

My buddy warned me to be careful ordering Gladiator from Sears, they have a tendency to beat up their Gladiator stuff pretty bad. My first order came in fine. My second order included two Tall Gear Lockers that were completely destroyed, I don't think I could have done that much damage if I'd thrown them out the back of a semi. It took months to get replacements and get everything resolved. Having said that, I did save a fair amount of money and my garage was still in the construction phase so it wasn't killing me to not have them.

Hey Notch
If you cross the border at coutts and go through Great Falls there is a Sams Club their and they have some of the Seville Stuff that is great quality and good price.I just haul it back in my Motorcycle hauler and so far even though I have been over my limit the customs have let me go.
The only challenge know is that Gas down thier costs almost has much as us so you need to make the trip worthwhile. 10 cases of Bud at Walmart for 15 a case makes it up for me:beer:
There is also a pretty well stocked sears in GF and they carry the gladiator line and it cost about 30% less than sears canada even with the exchange rate.

I see Sears is having a "Fathers Day" sale on Gladiator.

Calculating the sale price, it would save me 15% off their regular price.

Buying at a local Sears, (even paying sales tax) with pick up at the store and the sales price gets me the best price I can currently see on Gladiator stuff.

I am really tepmted to pull the trigger on it.

I have an 09 Corvette Coupe coming in August and would really like to dress up the bay for it.

Thanks All...
