Want to invest in a decent fluid transfer pump for doing transmission service on my 10l1000 and 6l80e vehicles.

A friend recommended the Motive pump but would like to see what you guys are happy with. I would like a decent one if possible. No junk please.

Mityvac is the top of the line. If you have access to compressed air their MV7000 series will do fluid transfer, fluid extraction, and brake bleeding with the needed accessories. They also have the hand pump operated ones but those will only do pump or vacuum not both. I just purchased a MV7105 on Amazon for $125.

Mityvac is awesome, but the hoses quickly get brittle and leak at the fittings. I will try replacing with Tygon or something next time around.
