I ordered a forestry style forged shovel from them six months ago, no problem and good communication on shipping. It was way cheaper than anywhere else online with free shipping, too.

Ordered a set of 1/2"-1" S&D reduced shank drill bits from them at a very attractive price. Got a shipping notification then a cancellation notice.

Update: I ordered the parts on Friday and they showed up on Monday. They were drop shipped from MSC via UPS Next Day Air Saver. Although the price on the MSC website is $8.17 each, I only paid $3.99 each on the GoVets.com site. And the shipping was free. Needless to say, I'm quite happy with GoVets.com, even if somewhat flabbergasted.
