I guess I'd still say Lincoln.
Up until a few short years ago I would have said Lincoln, hands down.
It's probably still very good stuff, still easy to find in any real parts store, probably works just fine...................but it's not the same Lincoln I knew.
sniff,sniff (I'll be ok...).

I'm sure there are quite a few good grease guns/equipment out there. I haven't kept up with the stuff lately. Cordless and compact air powered seem very popular nowadays though.

I bought one from NAPA for $50 or $60 and it could be a Lincoln based on the price. Read the directions and made sure I have the correct air pressure.

air operated. why? b/c it's a lot easier to pull a trigger with one finger than use a pump with two hands when you're crawling under/around vehicles. (cordless would be even better)

from harbor freight. why? b/c it does it's job just fine, for ~$20. it pushes grease. I'm not sure how one could improve it.

I just recently bought an IR pistol grip, previously used a HF air one that I was never happy with.

I have the cheapo HF pneumatic one, it works fine for the amount I use it. If I was running a service shop and using it all the time, then the Lincoln battery op unit, for sure.
