I thought after lurking for a few *yes* years, I would introduce myself. My wife and I remodeled the garage in 2007 and just over the past 6 months I've really had enough time to build it out and begin to use it. I'll post some pics, but in the mean time, hello!
I use it mostly for car projects. I am currently performing a light restore of a 1987 Vanagon Syncro Westfalia. I was intending to do a full restore but there is a bit more prior body work to justify a full restore, so I'm just creating a sweet trailrunner.
I have a Quincy compressor with cast iron hard lines. (No PVC!). My current projects include building a welding bench, restoring the vanagon, and figuring out how to best array the tools.
I've spoken with a number of GJ folks via private message but felt it time to introduce myself publicly and begin to post some of my experiences.
