Future removal problems. Split edges. Excessive gaps. Insufficient holddown. Increased pull through potential due to small heads. **** joints will especially be vulnerable. Trim head screws and treated wood decking are not a good mix. I have done dozens of decks. Boards are rarely straight and have to be bowrenched. Thats a lot of stress on the edge grain of a board, not to mention lacking cupping resistance. These will have issues.How?
