Not real sure where you live but I would go with the oversize gutter and downspouts, I believe they are 6". In my experience with these on my home I will say they clog less and can handle ALOT of water. I have two downspouts and my house is 42x35ish, I have yet to see them overflow.

Not sure of the size of your garage, but most of the garages I do, I only put one downspout on each side. THe going rate here in Northern IL for me is about $3.25 a ft installed. The bigger downspouts runs about $3.50 a ft installed. As for the leaf guard, there are a million different products out there. I personally only use a fine mesh screen that is made out of galvanized steel and powdercoated black. That usually runs about $2.50-$3.00 a ft installed. If you had ice and water shield put on under your shingles your screwed cause the screen needs to tuck under the first row.
My guess-timation with 2 downspouts per side is $430 for seamless gutters and downspouts. Extra. $175 for the scfreens.
Been in the seamless gutter buisness for 20 years.

I just paid $5.50 a foot for the large commercial gutters, the spouts were also $5.50 ft and every elbow was $5.50. I will tell you that I should have shopped around some more because I fell like I got ripped off. It was a customer of mine and I wanted to give him my business BUT I should have got a couple more bids.

Make sure that the gutter company uses hangers instead of nails. I have nails on the house & have had to replace some with long gutter screws because the nails were coming out. Hangers were used on my workshop & I have had no trouble with them.

$5.50 a ft for commercial gutter sounds about right. I charge around that. The Downspouts depending on the size seem a little high if they are 3x4. 4x5 downs are quite a bit more. I have never used nails only screws with a hidden heavy duty brackets.

What is your location? You might find a fellow GJ member in the business. I use and would recommend a heavy duty hidden screw mount hanger (example: Raytec Hangfast) spaced 24 o.c. Industry standard for downspouts is 600ft/2x3 downspout or 1200ft/ 3x4. You should be fine with a single downspout/ side. You may also request .032 gauge instead of .027 which is standard for 5" residential seamless gutter, which is still much better than the .019 junk from the big box stores.

Ballpark $300ish for gutter with a single downspout on each run though YMMV.

Plenty of good options for screen or cover, depending on your proximity to trees and what species etc. Hope this helps.
