Hi all,
First time poster, long time lurker.
Kicking off a 24x24 garage build sometime between now and springtime in a northern suburb of Chicago. Hoping to sub it all out instead of hiring a general contractor, have to clarify that with the village first. Permit is almost done, but they require contractors to be listed on the permit.
If you have any recommendations for concrete and/or framing and exterior contractors please PM me. Thanks!
