Harmon Pellet Stove Problem

I have a 20 year old Harmon Pellet Stove that started to just continually spew out pellets, since the pellet auger motor will no longer stop turning. I did a goggle search for troubleshooting, but came up with nothing. I hate the thought of trying to find someone local to repair this, because the last time that I had a problem, all the local dealers told me that it was too old for them to work on, and wanted to sell me a new stove. Harmon will not dispense technical advise and only sends you to the dealers for service. Does anyone here have any experience with these stoves? It was working perfectly until I turned it off to vacuum out the ash, and when I restarted it is when the problem started. I didn't take anything apart, but just vacuumed the inside, so I don't see how it can be anything that I did... thanks Junk...

Probably a bad motor controller, assuming is has a little DC motor and speed controller. I have never seen one of these, so just guessing

What model of Harman stove is it? I am a Harman dealer and will try to help you out.
Is it a pellet pro 2? with or without an enhancement card? I have seen the contacts on the circuit board go bad and have had to re-solder them on the main power connector.

Another thought is that is the temp probe reeding properly. Check it with a torch. I had onr that old that would not feed and it was that. Aswel when was the last time you cleaned the temp probe in the exhaust with rubbing alcohol or sandpaper as it might be caked with ash and not reading properly and feeding constantly. If the stove is 20 Years old another problem I have found is at the base of the burn pot it has worn/burned a hole in the base at the end of the auger. Fill that hole with furnace cement and plug it so it burns properly and not getting too muck air. Another mod is to drill 4 1/8 holes in the burn pot about an 1/2" in front of the end of the auger to help reduce the build up of the hard clinker. As well drop the exhaust blower from the stove and clean the fins on the fan to increase the burn efficiency of the stove if you have not done this recently.

I to have a pellet pro 2 and it does not want to feed pellets when i start it. It is manual start stove and I already replaced esp probe and no change. Seems to have lazy flame and I see no difference if I mess with draft screw.
