Hazet 561 SCORE

I mentioned this in my other post, but here I go again.

I found a Hazet 561 (double ended with 36 and 21mm) in an auction box. This one wrench will pay for the entire auction for me.

I am seeing that they were used in VW and Porche in the mid to late 50's

My Hazet contribution. Not real vintage as I purchased them in 1985. They are a set of metric (of course) flare nut wrenches from 8mm to 24mm.

Why is Hazet so valuable?

This particular one (561) was included in Porche and VW kits from the 50's. Collectors/restorers want these for the classic cars

What do you estimate that one wrench to be worth? I may have to keep an eye out for that brand now.

It's a generator nut wrench. The belt tension was adjusted by changing the number of shims between the pulley halves. Unused shims were stored under the nut and washer. The 36mm was used on early VWs and most Porsches. The 21 was used on later VWs. 21mm is spark plug size, and the tool kit plug socket could also be used.
