Heater 33x24 pole barn

I am a new guy but have been reading up and there are just too many ideas out there.

I live in just south of Dayton, Ohio

I just fininish my pole barn, it self but have not done the floor yet or done the insulation for it yet.

I am looking for the best bang for my buck for heating it. I work on jeep for fun and once it done I spend a few hours a day durning the week and some weekends all day long in there.

Also any idea for help keeping it cool in the summer would be great. Not looking for AC just when it 90+ out to keep it a little cooler inside.
