Heater Venting Question?

I have a Cayenne 45000 btu heater and I have it hanging from the ceiling but if I run the b-vent out the wall it will be going through the 2x10 header,this is a pole barn style addition. My question is can I run the b-vent from the heater down about 10" and then out the wall,the heater is power vented. Or is this a bad idea?

Lower the hanging heater 10 inches, run you exhaust pipe and be done with the issue?
