I have a Hein Werner model M 2 ton floor jack . Got a seal kit , got it disassembled and cant figure out how to get the piston off the 5/8 " ram to replace the leather cup . It looks like the piston was staked in 6 spots around the ram . I'm not sure if I can grind or punch these spots without bugging up the top of the piston itself . If I do get it ready to come off , does it pull straight off or screw off the ram ? Is it one peice or is it a cap and then the main body of the piston . I'm concerned about bugging the thing up because finding a replacement ram OR piston is like looking for gold .
