Hello all,
New here, found you while doing a search about floor coatings. Just moving into a new house on an airpark. There is an existing 2400 square foot airplane hangar for my Cessna to live in! (Yay!)
Previous owner covered approx one third of the floor with a gray home improvement store epoxy covering (he thinks it was Rustoleum of some sort) about two years ago. That portion looks good, no issues that I can see. I want to finish the rest before I move into hangar, I'm pretty sure it'll never get done after!
So, my head is now spinning after reading on the subject for several days...
So many choices, try to match what he did, pull existing up and try for all new, do nothing... nah forget the last choice!
I'd really like to try to change color to white. I love the bright, clean look I've seen in some commercial hangars, plus it seems to me that finding lost, dropped and mislaid items would be easier.
Unfortunately, budget and time are limited here. New house, need to move in! and new house, lots of money already flying out the door!
I've entered into analysis paralysis here, gotta get something going...
I'd happily entertain suggestions...
