Good evening...
My name is Vince.
Looking to construct a steel building for a large media room and loft storage.
Like 40 x 24 x 12 tall. Full conditioned space, drywall, carpet, AC/Heat/water/elec.
I have been researching building companies (Morton $$ and worldwide etc)
Looking to get "lessons learned" from the much more knowledgeable on this site, so I don't get burned! (FL humidity etc)
its a long-term project, since I want build a new house and the steel building on raw piece of land..Some lenders, said they might give me a mortgage on the whole package..stick built house and steel building.
The wife wants the house to stay smaller...thats the reason for the separate building...
