New to the forum and just wanted to say hello from Oklahoma.

Grew up spending lots of time in the garage with my dad - who fixed (or attempted to fix) just about everything he owned himself until he got to an age where that was no longer feasible. I learned a lot from him. When he passed, I inherited his tools, as well as the 90 Nissan pickup that he purchased new when I was a kid. I've since used those tools and the things I gleaned from him to keep working on the truck myself and have found great pleasure in that.

I enjoy the content of this forum because it reminds me a lot of my dad and I look forward to being a part of the community.

The tools I inherited are *mostly* USA craftsman, as he was pretty much married to Sears as a whole, but I have recently discovered some excellent 50's era Proto sockets and wrenches, as well as some (unknown date) MAC stuff too. Looking to expand the proto and mac sets as I can to make the them complete.

Welcome to the Forum from Southwestern California.
Proto and MAC tools are great, Craftsman tools were pretty good.
