Hi! So we are building a new home in the Orlando. I am saying goodbye to my oversized 2 car garage (24x24) that i built 5 years ago with a friend and getting a pretty standard 3 car for Orlando.... 30x20. I fought with the builder to make it 30x24 to get some depth... but they wanted 57k extra to do that. NO WAY. I told them not to insult me. I know I am going to miss the 24ft depth....
I will have 10ft plus ceilings and a 5inch 2500psi slab that can accommodate a lift. I have a ton of tools and machines (2 table saws, band saw, drill press, etc...) and want to maximize space as i also want to park a 1974 TR6, a BMW 3 series and a BMW x5 inside (I'm crazy but I WILL figure this out) . If anyone has a 20x30 and has ideas please let me know. I have tried searching but aren't finding any.
