May I suggest you update your location to something better than Home as in future you may find that helps you when you have specific questions that affect you. Specially given the forum has a very global membership. Often you will find subjects may get different answers depending on locations and regulations.

Kinda slow on the uptake! Where in PA? I call our location "The Perimeter" because:
More generically speaking we live near Kutztown.
Our garage is nearing completion and so I will probably start to be more active here as I outfit the naked space with gizmos and doodads. Would that it were a bit bigger but life (and township ordinances) happens.
My current dilemma is trying to figure out the confounded myQ setup! I'm hoping there is a "myQ for Dummies" thread around here somewhere but so far no luck. I have two overheads and one wall mount (8500W); the overheads myQ'd as expected but the wall mount is asking me to "Click on hub to complete setup" and then leaving me without any viable options for getting the darned wall mount added to my account. Sigh.
Anyway thanks for the greeting and sorry for the delayed response. I'll try to be around more often.
