Been a lurker for a long time, finally joining.

Finished photo of the inside is attached. It's a stick frame, 40x40, with 13' ceilings & 6" concrete slab @ 4500 PSI. 2nd story in truss design with outside stairs. Took forever to think through the designs. This forum helped a lot but I had a whole bunch to think through and learn during the process, especially with permits.
