I stumble into your board the other day. You guys are amazing. 
I have a little project of my own that I have started. Here is some of the fun.
Well here are some of the details that I have nailed down.
29’9” x 40 (it is 29.9 instead of 30 because that is where the sonatubes ended up.)
10 foot inside ceiling (heat is a valuable commodity where I live) plus I got a good price on the outside 10’ metal sheeting (free)
Two 9’ tall 10’ wide garage doors.
Greenwood model 100 wood gasification boiler, already on site
100 amp service; wire already buried.
Outside staircase to 15’ x 29’ 9” attic “clean room”
Inside attic ladder for going upstairs on cold nights.
4’ x 5’ attic trap door complete with reinforced hoist anchor for moving thing from downstairs to upstairs.
8’ x 5’ heavily insulated bathroom with electric heater.
Radiant heated slab
Hot water unit heater for garage
Hot water wall heater for upstairs
