Found out about this site through a google search, trying to get over the hump to start planning my shop! With one kid and one on the way any day now, I really would like to get the old cars out of the attached garage, let the wife park her minivan inside, and have a place to work where I can teach the kids how to wrench, make sawdust, etc. Hopefully I can have our existing shedrow barn sold sometime within the next month so I can plan the space! Looking for something around 1500-1800 ft! This site has been such an inspiration to get started!
