Guys- New to the forum but have been reading a lot and have a unique situation. Currently buying a house in Michigan where the barn is a 24x48 Pole barn, with only the first 24' concrete. The back 24' has a subfloor, and the current owner uses it for golf practice. I am wanting to make the shop into a garage for race cars, and want to know if there are any great options for the back section. I am closing on the house in mid Dec, and could get right after pouring concrete for about $2500-3000. The only thing is that I plan on using the back mainly for storage, and occasionally rolling a car around on stands, and doesn't really HAVE to be concrete. My main issue is that wood looks terrible when dirty, or oily, and I want to coat/cover/? if I keep it. I am planning on trying to epoxy the first 24', but again December weather, with no heat in barn might hault that. Any ideas appreciated. (I'm sure I will have more questions asking for suggestions on insulation, wall material, etc. . . .and I apologize in advance now, lol)

I don't know what is the question. You won't beabletoepoxy without heat. Tear out the wooden floor and pour concrete.
