Help identify Jack

Hello folks, trying to identify this old trolley floor jack, I've looked at multiple threads and pictures it seems to be either a Sears or Japanese late '70s model or early 80s there are no numbers or stamps or tags legible. But it does have what seems to be a unique feature compared to hundreds of pictures I've looked at with the holder in the rear. Any assistance would be appreciate.
