Help Identify Matco Box

was wondering if anybody knows the model of this tool box. I cant find much info on it. how much would you say its worth.

IMO it is worth whatever someone will pay for it. You think it's worth 6g's another guy might think it's worth 1g maybe even less. Are you buying or selling? If selling start high and if buying start low. Smallish box maybe $1500 IMO.
