Help Identify This Old Vise

Hope to get some help identifying this vise. It doesn't have any other marking than the sticker with text NIOBE? and the No. 2 marks. Jaws are 3,34646" wide and it weights 19,6 pounds. Located in Finland.

Nice vise and great photos. It reminds me a lot of a British Woden vice. But the stiffeners on the base where the moving jaw exists is vertical - where on Woden, Paramo and Record vices it is more sloped.

I’m in for the answer to this one. It’s more than a bit unusual to label a vise with the name of a woman from Greek mythology who had all of her children slaughtered to punish her for bragging.

The label appears to read, "Niobe" but I've never seen one of these nor have I ever heard of this company. Judging solely from the fonts on the No. 2, it looks very early 20th century.
