There is one on the AR15.com website, calling it a Wilton lookalike. That’s about all the useful information that post will give you tho. Nothing about maker, COO, etc., that will help you.
But I would not be terribly surprised to find out it’s Asian made, with the giant 3 cast into it. The fact there is a name cast into it is messes with that slightly.
Since the jaws are removable, see if the screws holding them in are metric, might be a clue, but not definitive.
