Help with Blue point date?

I'm looking at a date chart and this number doesn't match a 6 or 9? The third pic is 1946.

It looks like 1976 or 1979 in the date code chart.

Could you post a pic of the logo? Does it have "Made in USA" stamped on it.? What model number is it?

Having coffee will post when I return. The rest of the blue points are 1940, 1946 so I'm thinking this should fall in somewhere.

This is a very odd one. so it has to be 39, 46, 49. But since the rest are close to 46, I would guess 46. Looks like a 6 rather than a 9

The date chart shows the 1946 with a diamond shape but this one is just a curving 6, I have another xd2428 with the same 6? 1979 is the closest but the stamp would need to be backwords?
