Help with tool identification

Hey, so the upstair windows to the house we're renting has a stopper so the windows don't open and I need help identifying the tool I need to unscrew the stopper.

Agreed. Maybe see if there is one in harbor freight’s tamper proof set. I don’t think there is, but I may be wrong.or see if you can order online.

Torx Plus Security bits will also take care of them, you just have to fiddle around to find one that fits.

My thoughts exactly
Will this create any issues with the property owner?
Any obvious reason they should remain?
Might want to reconsider doing a hack job on something your renting, as exact replacements could be hard to source.
