HELP with water line for refer

I need to re-do my water line to the refer so I can push the fridge all the way against the wall. Right now when I push the fridge to the wall it pushes against the hose and wants to kink it. (can see it's kniked a bit in the pic)

The problem is the fitting off the valve is the male end of comression fitting. I can't find a female compression to male at all.

The valve is crimped onto a pex line in the wall. I looked for a valve that would work better and nothing available at Lowe's or a local hardware store. One I have is a standard valve.

The only thing I can think of doing is using a short piece of copper tubing to make a 90* bend and use a union on the end so I can hook my stainless line to it.
Any other ideas?

Got it taken care of today... ******** took me 2 trips to Lowes and nearly THREE hrs to end up with a 90* out of soft copper with 2 compression fittings that wouldn't leak :shocking:

All to move the fridge about 1" closer to the wall!
