OK, I'llplay. I found your site from Pirate4x4.com. I run an independent Land Rover repair/service/assembly/modification facility. Currently, I'm renting 1500 sq. ft. down from a maximum of 4500.
Long story short, I'm tired of paying a landlord instead of a banker and am in the process of beginning a garage build-up. The contractors were over day before yesterday evening and we met with the bankers yesterday.
I'm planning on 24X40 with a single overhead door and hopefully will have enough room for my machine shop and fab work along with room for one vehicle and a lift.
I have plans to move away from the repair/service side of things and focus on my own projects for awhile and the more custom off-road stuff.
Pics of what I'm replacing to come-trust me, it will make it on the top ten list of ugliest/worst condition garages.
