hello from dublin ga. I'm building a detached 24X32. starteded July of this year. I'm working on the inside now. I'm a 20 year USAF MSgt, and now a State Farm Agent, so i have more motivation than skill I'm doing as much as I can with the help of my son in law. If you've still got time, build about two-three courses of block from your garage slab. That way you can wash it out with a pressure-washer without soaking the wall studs. Almost no additional cost.
